Stay one step ahead of the game and remain secure

Cyber criminals are increasingly choosing to use email to conceal malicious links and attachments in order to gain access to a company’s most sensitive and important information. With threats such as these on the rise, especially amongst SME’s, now more than ever your business needs to stay one step ahead of the game to remain protected.

Microsoft Office 365 offers an affordable solution to help protect your email against vicious attacks from malware and viruses with its Cloud-based Exchange Online Advanced Threat Protection (ATP) software.

Advanced Threat Protection for your Mailbox

This is an add-on for existing 365 licenses, and provides additional protection against specific types of advanced threat and allowing you to protect your mailboxes against new, sophisticated attacks in real time.

The two main features of Advanced Threat Protection are Safe Attachments and Safe Links.

Protecting against unsafe attachments

With Safe Attachments, you get a deeper inspection of message attachments. All suspicious content goes through a real-time behavioural malware analysis that evaluates the content for suspicious activity and any unsafe attachments are sandboxed. The advantage is a malware free and cleaner inbox with better zero-day attack protection.

Protect your environment when users click malicious links

Safe Links protects your environment from the many problems that stem from users clicking unsafe links in emails. It provides real-time inspection of links within an email along with reporting which users have clicked a particular link, when they clicked it and who (if allowed) bypassed the security notification.

Get 'Rich Reporting' and track links in messages

Advance Threat Protection also gives us rich reporting and the ability to track links in messages so that we can gain critical insights into who is being targeted in your organization and the category of attacks you are facing. Reporting and message trace allows us to investigate messages that have been blocked due to unknown viruses or malware, while URL trace capability allows us to track individual malicious links in the messages that have been clicked.
