With the current Coronavirus situation still dominating our thoughts, like most businesses, you are probably focused on making sure your workforce is up and running productively in a home office environment.
If you’re still not using Microsoft Teams in your business, the current lockdown 2.0 is a great opportunity to do so and is a FREE TOOL to Office 365 users.
If you are using Office 365 in your business and your employees have either Business Essentials or Business Premium licences, then the Microsoft Teams application is available free of charge and is probably already downloaded on their PC/Laptop. If not, simply go to https://teams.microsoft.com/downloads and hit the ‘Download Teams’ button.
With Microsoft Teams all of your staff can chat with one another, make internal phone calls, see online presence, hold video meetings, check calendars, share files and generally collaborate with each other right now, with no additional licencing or complicated set up. It really is that simple and you don’t need to be an IT expert to set it all up.
There are many helpful online guides and YouTube tutorials to get you started, but below is a short two minute video explaining what Teams is all about and how you can get the most out of it.
