Job Purpose:

Net Technical Solutions currently have a career opportunity for a Client Services Coordinator to join our busy Sales & Account Management team. The main purpose of the role is to coordinate the administration and delivery of value-add services to our clients. This is a key role which ideally requires skills in areas such as client liaison, service provisioning, purchasing, quotations, systems administration and scheduling.

Experience:
A minimum of two years’ experience working within a sales/service delivery environment in a similar role is essential.  The successful candidate will possess strong administration skills and ideally experience relating to the product and service offerings within the IT services sector.

 Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

  •  Assist with customer-driven ‘technical administration’ requests as and when required
  • Carry out one-off projects relating to product or service offerings
  • Assist with on-boarding of new customers and off-boarding of those who are leaving
  • Assist with the gathering of background information relating to the provision of IT services, network installations, contract renewals etc.
  • Liaise with Service Delivery Manager to arrange scheduled site visits to customer sites
  • Liaise with 3rd party service providers as and when required
  • Maintain accurate customer records in key business systems such as CRM, HOTH, Sage, Kaseya, Renewals etc.
  • Provision of new Cloud services for clients, such as Internet, backup, domains anti-virus
  • Liaising with 1st and 2nd line IT Service Desk
  • Regular overview of stock levels and appropriateness of items, liaising with admin team
  • Produce accurate sales quotations to customers, for small one-off ‘stock items’ such as PCs, laptops, monitors, printers etc.
  • As and when required, purchase small one-off items at request of customers or on behalf of Account Managers
  • Assist with Account Management related tasks from time to time
  • Assist with maintaining accurate records relating to recurring customer billing
  • Process annual recurring quotes to customers for services such as warranties, mail filtering, firewall support etc. ensuring costs are obtained from suppliers and quotes delivered to the customer with appropriate margins
  • Attend training to develop appropriate knowledge and skills.
