Net Technical Solutions require a Network Engineer to join our busy Service Delivery Team. In this varied role, you will spend around 70% of your time based on our customer sites across the South East and London and the remainder of your time on the service desk in the Farnham office. You will be involved in phone, email and on-site support and management of existing networks.
Tier 2 Service Desk:
Candidates must have a minimum of 3-5 years commercial experience first or second line support role, ideally in a Managed Service Provider. In order to successfully carry out in-depth investigations and reconfiguration of our clients’ systems and undertake new installations, it is essential that you have a solid understanding and demonstrable skills in the following areas:
